I think the US government needs to make up its mind on how to figure out how to end the rule of Bashar [al-Assad]. The Syrian people have made up their minds that there will be no future Syria with Bashar al-Assad in it. Iﾃ｢ﾂﾂ冦 not aware of any weapons that have come from the US and [have been transferred] to the rebels. It should [happen]. Everyone knows that unless we support the rebels, weﾃ｢ﾂﾂ决e not going to be able to do anything in the future in terms of a political settlement. Don't get me wrong, we are grateful for [US] support. But the funding we have received is not enough.
