The balance was off &ndash; I guess someone overdid it with the soy, then overcompensated with the lime, then overcompensated that with more soy; or maybe they just didn't know what it was supposed to taste like in the first place. Either way, all I could taste was this very pokey dressing. The beef could have been fish.
